The Windy City WeatherBirds again! 18th December 2022

It’s The Windy City WeatherBirds again!

Sunday 18th December 2022 (2:00pm-5:00pm)

IT’S GETTING REALLY WARM SO COME OUT FOR SOME HOT JAZZ

Update: Unfortunately, their talented regular drummer, Adam Merrill, is sadly unable to make this Sunday, however the wonderful talents of John Ellmer is sure to give you just as much pleasure.

It was only a month ago that I wrote these few lines to entice you all to come to that next gig. So am using it again to bring you out to us once more to our very last date to complete our Christmas fun and before we see the back end of this year – 2022..…………..

Windy City WeatherBirds again, Sunday 20th November 2022 (2-5pm)

These six young men (namely Windy City WeatherBirds) must be reincarnated from the jazz magnificence of the West Coast sounds from Bobby Hackett and Jack Teagarden’s talented days and we are not exaggerating ………… etc. We would need you here to tell them in person at our place please.

Hey, it will only cost you £10 entrance and I’m sure you have three friends who you want to share this Sunday afternoon having a few pints with (cheap club prices) and enjoy the fabulous talent with us.

See you all this Sunday, [20th November] 18th December 2022 (2-5pm). Where? Run by Farnborough Jazz in Farnborough Social Club (Kent).

Diane & Keith

You know what a great jazz venue it is by now, having enjoyed the polished turnout of The Temperance Seven were filling the place – you did that, so why not do it again! Jazz and people wanting fun, is what gives an atmosphere, not a miracle – make it your Sunday date – be sure you make it to our last gig of a fantastic year of Jazz at Farnborough.

We both wish you all a very happy Christmas and especially a wonderfully healthy new 2023 (especially to you two in Aussie Land, Mary & Bob).

P.S  My write-up about the brilliant fun had by all with the Temperance Seven two weeks ago, will be completed ASAP – they worked so hard, completing three gigs, one after the other miles away from each venue. It is definitely what keeps you Temps7 young – you must be in your teens, aye!
