‘Granties Dixie Six’ at Farnborough Jazz Club, Kent 8feb2019 Photo-Alan Walker<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

GRANTIE<\/span> is back this Friday, 6th<\/sup> September 2019<\/span> with his own band, GRANTIES DIXIE SIX<\/span> here at Kent’s FARNBOROUGH JAZZ CLUB.<\/span>\u00a0 Drummer, KEITH GRANT<\/span> will be helping to swing this lovely Dixieland jazz band along.\u00a0 He has a great guest star joining the band this week, non-other than PETE RUDEFORTH<\/span>, who plays trumpet and sings with world-renown band leader, Chris Barber (I know, I\u2019m name-dropping, but I’m allowed).\u00a0 Anyway, we also have fabulous musicians, tenor sax player JOHN LEE<\/span> and trombonist BOB DWYER<\/span> (he sings beautifully too) and swinging away in the engine room will be TIM HUSKISSON <\/span>on piano and ROGER CURPHEY <\/span>on double bass, both keeping Keith<\/span> company (and in line – ha).\u00a0 I shall be so proud to sing a couple of songs with this <\/span><\/strong>fabulous host of musicians.\u00a0 Try to get there by 8:00pm<\/span>, so\u2019s not to miss a thing.\u00a0 Yes, it’s still only \u00a310<\/span> to enjoy these top notch guys with us, Keith and Diane.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
