GRANTIES DIXIE SIX are ready to entertain you again tonight, Friday 16th<\/sup> August 2019 at FARNBOROUGH JAZZ CLUB (Kent).\u00a0 That\u2019s right, Keith himself on drums, is back celebrating a birthday (well that was last Monday, but he\u2019s still celebrating \u2013 so his usual smile will be in situ tonight.\u00a0 He’ll be enjoying himself, helping to swing this lovely Dixieland jazz band along (and oh yes, I didn\u2019t need to eat my hat \u2013 as I had promised to do last time if it hadn’t been enjoyed by everyone, because it was).\u00a0 Tonight, Keith has fabulous PETER LEONARD playing trumpet and singing, with tenor sax player, wonderful JOHN LEE, plus the tererific trombonist, BOB DWYER (of \u2018Bob Dwyer\u2019s Bix & Pieces fame), also singing. \u00a0Also swinging away of piano is TIM HUSKISSON,, Plus, enjoyable ROGER CURPHEY is back on double bass, keeping Keith company .\u00a0 I shall also sing a couple of songs. All this kicks off at 8:00pm – see you later \u2013 your hosts, Diane and Keith.<\/strong> \u2026. sorry pics not sitting right – will sort soon!!!!!!!!!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
