BOB DWYER\u2019S BIX & PIECES<\/strong><\/span>, what a lovely band for me to return to.\u00a0 Unfortunately, I missed a fabulous evening, last week (cataract op + others), so am hoping to be back on <\/strong>Friday (28th<\/sup> September 2018)<\/strong><\/span> to enjoy Bob\u2019s super lot.\u00a0 If you are reading this newsletter and want to know what I\u2019m talking about, then get down here to <\/strong>FARNBOROUGH JAZZ CLUB (Kent)<\/strong><\/span> and join Keith and me \u2013 and find out for yourself.\u00a0 Band leader,<\/strong> BOB <\/strong><\/span>(trombonist & vocalist) will be joined by musicians, <\/strong>MALCOLM WALTON<\/strong><\/span> on trumpet, <\/strong>SARAH SPENCER<\/strong><\/span> on clarinet, alto & tenor saxes, with <\/strong>HUGH CROZIER<\/strong><\/span> on piano &vocals, <\/strong>JOHN BAYNE <\/strong><\/span>on double bass &bass sax, <\/strong>DAVE PRICE<\/strong><\/span> banjo &guitar and of course\u00a0<\/strong>GRAHAM COLLICOTT<\/strong><\/span> on drums.\u00a0 Join us again for a great evening of dancing jazz.\u00a0 They will show the \u2018Strictly Come Dancing\u2019 bosses about playing the right music for the right dance.\u00a0 Yes, they make me angry, how can an amateur dance with feeling, if the music is wrong!!!!!!!!!!!\u00a0 Oops, sorry to let off steam!\u00a0 (Still like to watch it, though). <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
