The<\/strong> PHOENIX DIXIELAND JAZZ BAND<\/strong><\/span>, <\/strong>as Brucie (Sir Bruce Forsyth) would say,<\/strong> \u2018you are our favourite\u2019 <\/strong>at <\/strong>FARNBOROUGH JAZZ CLUB<\/strong> <\/span>(well one of them, ha).\u00a0 They<\/strong> and are here<\/strong> this <\/strong>Friday 23th February 2018<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/strong>The musicians will be<\/strong> PAUL HIGGS<\/strong><\/span> (iridescent trumpet), <\/strong>CHARLES SHERWOOD <\/strong><\/span>(clarinet), <\/strong>BILL TODD<\/strong><\/span> (trombone\/voc),<\/strong> ALLAN CLARKE <\/strong><\/span>(drums), <\/strong>ROGER CURPHEY <\/strong><\/span>(double bass) and this time, pianist <\/strong>ALAN BERRY<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0 Alan has played with many greats.\u00a0 For many years, he worked with the jazz programme \u2018The Jazz Club\u2019 on BBC Radio (now Radio 2). \u00a0Be prepared to hear some fabulous jazz and I know you\u2019ll leave with a big smile on your face.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
