Come and say ‘Hi’ to the PHOENIX DIXIELAND JAZZ BAND<\/strong> <\/span>playing here at the FARNBOROUGH JAZZ CLUB <\/strong><\/span>this Friday 22nd September 2017<\/span><\/strong>. You’ll enjoy some pretty fine jazz by some of the best musicians.\u00a0 You’ve heard of the ‘Man with the Golden Gun’, well we have the ‘Man with the Iridescent Trumpet’, namely PAUL HIGGS<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0We\u00a0 shall also have <\/span><\/span>CHARLES SHERWOOD<\/span> <\/strong>(clarinet),\u00a0plus\u00a0BILL TODD <\/strong>(t<\/span><\/span>romb<\/span>&vocs). In\u00a0the\u00a0engine room, ALLAN CLARKE<\/span><\/strong> (drums), DAVE BARNES (<\/strong><\/span>piano&vocs) and ROGER CURPHEY<\/strong><\/span> (double bass).\u00a0 Don\u2019t forget, treat yourselves to some great entertainment, with a couple of drinks at a Shepherd Neame <\/strong><\/span>bar,\u00a0nothing but the best here for\u2026\u2026

Publican Tim<\/strong> has booked THIS Sunday\u00a024th September 2017 & every last Sunday thereafter<\/strong><\/span>. Last time everyone loved the music, with many enjoying the new chef\u2019s Sunday roast. This delightful Shepherd Neame<\/strong> <\/span>pub (dated 1626) is situated in Locks Bottom, BR6 8NE, next door to Sainsbury\u2019s & PRU Hospital. Sainsbury\u2019 parking has changed on Sundays \u00a32 \u2018til 4:00pm (refundable for goods in Sainsbury\u2019s, who close at 4pm)\u00a0.\u00a0 There is\u00a0a walk-thru to pub at far right corner (face Sainsbury\u2019s).\u00a0 By the way, Shepherd Neame is the oldest brewery in the Country.\u00a0 That’s why (I’m told) the beers so good.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
