font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Just a short while ago, 11:03am, 15<\/span><sup><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">th<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"> December 2015 to be exact, Keith and I watched \u2018live\u2019 the successful take-off from Kazakhstan of the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Soyuz Rocket<\/span>, part\u00a0of the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Principia International Space Mission<\/span> (named so, after Sir Isaac Newton\u2019s book re his law of gravity).\u00a0 Flying were astronauts (our own) <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Major Tim Peake<\/span> (born in Chichester in 1972), his Commander, Russia\u2019s <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Yuri Malenchenko<\/span> and America\u2019s <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Timothy Kopra<\/span> (from NASA).\u00a0 The mission is to\u00a0join the astronaut&#8217;s already on\u00a0the International Space Station to perform more scientific experiments and \u2018housekeeping\u2019.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">I really cannot explain, but it has had me in tears \u2013 obviously tears of excited emotion at what man has achieved (it beats blowing the world apart!).\u00a0 As I write this, Tim has just given us the \u2018thumbs up\u2019 from the rocket, which is now out in space.\u00a0 I would like to join the millions of well-wishers for an extremely successful mission.\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Good luck to them and everyone involved<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">It took me back to 1969 when I tape-recorded (sound only) that space mission to the moon.\u00a0 I was pregnant with my daughter, Selina.\u00a0 Her name had been chosen four years previously, when I was pregnant with my son Warren.\u00a0 How strange that \u2018Selina\u2019 has the meaning of \u2018moon\u2019, plus her second name \u2018Sarah\u2019 means \u2018Princess\u2019 and she was born the year they landed on the moon!.\u00a0 A wonderful coincidence for her.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">I know, I\u2019m soppy, but I\u2019d rather be this way, than miserable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;
