Please copy it and send on to all your family and friends \u2013 as it is really important for everyone to know!<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong>Let\u2019s say it\u2019s 7:25pm and you\u2019re going\u00a0 home (alone of course) after an unusually hard day at work.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong>You\u2019re really tired, upset and frustrated. <\/strong><strong>Suddenly you start experiencing severe pains in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up in to your jaw.\u00a0 You are\u00a0 about five miles from the nearest hospital.\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Unfortunately you don\u2019t know if you\u2019ll be able to make it that far.\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself. \u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong>THIS WILL HELP SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN\u00a0 ALONE?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1>M<strong>any people are alone when they suffer a heart attack.\u00a0 You are experiencing your heart beating irregularly and you begin to feel faint.\u00a0 You probably only have about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>However, you can help yourself by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong>A deep breath should be taken before each cough and the cough must be deep and prolonged, just as you would when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong>A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong>Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and\u00a0 coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood\u00a0 circulating.\u00a0 The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it to regain a normal rhythm.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong>In this way, heart attack victims can get help or to a hospital. <\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong>Tell as many other people as possible about this.\u00a0 It could save their lives! <\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong>A cardiologist says, if everyone who gets\u00a0 this message and kindly sends it to 10 people, you can bet that we\u2019ll save at least one life.\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Rather than sending jokes,\u00a0 please \u2026\u2026 contribute by forwarding this as an email, it can save a\u00a0 person\u2019s life\u2026.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1>I<strong>f this message comes around to you\u00a0 \u2026\u2026more than once\u2026..please don\u2019t get irritated\u2026.. you need to\u00a0 be happy that you have many friends who care about you and you are being reminded of how to tackle\u2026.Heart attacks\u2026. when you are alone.\u00a0 I hope you never have to go through this yourself, but if you do, please let us know.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong>Diane xxx\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi everyone, Steve Moyse sent this information to me (he had received from his son).
