Notably, he appeared at the Montreux Jazz Festival with Teddy Wilson and St\u00e8phane Grappelli. \u00a0Most of you know his wife runs her own successful jazz club called \u2018Sylvie\u2019s Place\u2019 &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sylviesplace.co.uk\/\">www.<b>sylviesplace<\/b>.co.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>ANDY DICKENS<\/b>\u00a0(trumpet &amp; vocals), who has toured and performed with Americans Slim Gaillard, Franz Jackson (Duke Ellington), Joe Darensbourg (clarinet with Louis Armstrong All Stars), New Orleans\u2019 Gospel singer Pearly Tyler and UK stars Peter King, Clark Tracey, Annie Ross, Bruce Turner, Dick Morrissey, Humphrey Littleton and John Barnes.<\/p>\n<p><b>JULIAN MARC STRINGLE<\/b>\u00a0(reeds &amp; vocals)!\u00a0 He has his own website (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.julianmarcstringle.com\/\">www.julianmarcstringle.com<\/a>). I am unable to download, but he has an extensive amount of wonderful information about his career to-date. He was a child prodigy and has played with many world-class greats and currently with Digby Fairweather\u2019s Half Dozen.\u00a0 He was voted \u2018Best Clarinetist\u2019 at the British Jazz Awards in 2006.<\/p>\n<p><b>RONNIE BOWATER<\/b>\u00a0(piano) will be appearing for the first time here at Farnborough (20Sept2013, so welcome Ronnie).\u00a0 I found a lovely session on U-Tube with you playing \u2018Misty\u2019 with Jochen Brauer &amp; His Swingin\u2019 Friends, gorgeous.<\/p>\n<p><b>ANDY LAWRENCE<\/b>\u00a0(swing bass) has played with many jazz greats too, including Little Brother Montgomery, Terry Lightfoot, Memphis Slim, BB King, Yank Lawson and Marty Grosz.
