RED WING BAND (from Sweden) with guest BRIAN CARRICK<\/strong> are to appear for the first time here at FARNBOROUGH JAZZ CLUB<\/strong> on Friday, 31st October 2014<\/strong>.\u00a0 We are proud this exciting band has included us as part of their 2014 tour.<\/p>\n

\"Red<\/a><\/p>\n

The band members are their leader, HANS ZAKRISSONV<\/strong> (trombone), SVERKER NYSTRON <\/strong>(clarinet & alto sax), LIEF MELDAHL<\/strong> (bass), HANS JORGENSEN<\/strong> (banjo), INGAMAR WAGERMAN<\/strong> (piano) and RONALD ANDERSON<\/strong> (drums) and of course guesting with them will be our very own BRIAN CARRICK<\/strong> (reeds).<\/p>\n

\"Brian<\/a><\/p>\n

Brian\u00a0is best known to most of you as leader of\u00a0his own highly poplar \u2018Brian Carrick\u2019s\u00a0Algiers Stompers\u2019 band and\u00a0has already appeared here at Farnborough.\u00a0 Of course, you may recall, Brian plays that old metal clarinet given to him by THE<\/strong> George Lewis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
